CANCELLATION, DEPOSIT RETURN AND NON-ARRIVAL TERMS
Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. Deposits already paid will only be refunded under the following conditions:

Cancellation made 40 days or more prior to arrival = Full refund of the total amount received by us after fees on the initial payment.

Cancellation made 39 days or less prior to arrival = No refund issued

Guests who fail to arrive, are unable to attend or are not present for any reason will forfeit their deposit and the full amount of the booking will be due. Guests who make the booking are advised to take out appropriate holiday/cancellation insurance where applicable.

In the rare event that we have to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control and our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payments already made.

REFUND POLICY
Our standard payment processor is PayPal, which charges a 5% fee on all our guest transactions. This fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation. This fee amount goes directly to PayPal and we are unable to refund it as per their policies.
BOOKING CONDITIONS AND BOOKING DEPOSIT
By making a booking with us (Bahia Coral lodge), you (the primary guest) and your booking party (the guests) agree to the following terms and conditions as stated. During your stay, you agree to abide by the following conditions as stated. If you have any questions regarding booking with us, please contact us before making a booking.

 

 

BOOKING PROCESS

To make a booking with us, the primary guest must be at least 18 years old.

The standard rate for each bungalow is for 2 people. Additional guests will be charged the additional fee as per person per night.

Where the person making the booking is different from the lead guest taking the shift, the person making the booking may be held liable for cancellation, non-arrival and damages as set out below.

Only the lead guest and the named booking party are permitted to use the property and its facilities, third party visitors are only permitted access with our express permission.

 

 

BOOKING PAYMENTS

50% of the booking price must be paid in advance to secure the booking.

Payments can be made via PayPal or wise.

 

 

RESPECT ALL GUESTS
All guests agree to respect the privacy and quiet of all other guests, neighbours and owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests fail to honour this agreement or cause a disturbance/nuisance to other guests, neighbours or owners.

 

 

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Please send us your arrival time information and kindly connect with us via the messaging app, WhatsApp, so that we can be in touch to ensure your smooth arrival at Bahia Coral Lodge.

Guests must check-in and check-out at the times listed below;

Check-in by: 3:00 PM and by 7:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Check-out by: 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

 

 

FAIR AND PROPER USE OF WIFI POLICY
Where WiFi Internet access is provided, guests agree to use such Internet access in a fair and appropriate manner. We may monitor network performance and user usage in order to maintain a fair and high level of service for all our guests.
The internet access provided is intended for general use such as accessing the world wide web, email, messaging, social networking, video/music/light media streaming. It is not intended or ideally suited for intensive media streaming, online gaming and extensive downloads/uploads. Accessing or using our network for illegal activities is prohibited and will be reported to the local authorities.

 

 

DAMAGE AND LOST PROPERTY
We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damage caused during a booking by any member of the reservations team. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fittings. Any accidental damage must be reported as soon as possible to minimise damage and associated costs.
Any lost property, if discovered and found, left by guests during a stay will be held for a period of one month. Whilst we will do our best to reunite lost items with their owners, we accept no responsibility for replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belongings before departing. We can offer to send lost items by recorded delivery at the owner's expense, alternatively collection can be arranged.

SMOKING
Smoking of tobacco products, including but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, e-cigarettes, e-liquids, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco, is permitted only outside the accommodation.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is permitted on the terrace outside.

PETS AND SERVICE DOGS
We do not accept pets or service dogs in any of the accommodation.

YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
Our policy regarding the personal information you provide in connection with any booking or enquiry via this website/or a third party website, including the confidentiality of such information, is explained and set out in our Privacy Policy which you can read here .
You agree that entries you make in an on-site guestbook, if available, will not contain any personal information or details that you would not wish to disclose. Any entries containing personal data that may fall under the DPA and GDPR may be deleted and destroyed.

GENERAL HOTEL RULES:
Quiet hours after 11pm.
No use of illegal substances.
No outside guests.

Conserve water at all times and help us limit water usage.
Save energy by turning off the power to your bungalow when you leave.

WATER SAFETY
Staying above water is dangerous and we are not responsible for any injuries caused by water. You are responsible for your own safety in our villa. Please exercise caution at all times.

OUR RIGHT TO CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation, refund or reimbursement in the event of a breach of these terms.
